Requiring all State agencies to prefer purchasing food and beverages with higher levels of calcium under specified circumstances; requiring the preferred purchase of higher calcium products in addition to the requirements placed upon State or local agencies by the United States Department of Agriculture under the National School Lunch Program or the School Breakfast Program; etc.
