Residential Real Property - Right of Purchaser to Renew Existing Title Insurance Policy

Synopsis:

Requiring that lenders provide prospective borrowers with specified notice of the borrower's ability to renew the existing title insurance policy under specified conditions; prohibiting lenders from requiring under specified circumstances that borrowers employ a particular title insurance company if the borrower notifies the lender of specified information in a specified manner; authorizing lenders to collect from borrowers title insurance premiums for specified title insurance policies; etc.
