Prince George's County - Environment - Application of Sewage Sludge PG 417-02

Synopsis:

Establishing specified minimum buffers in Prince George's County between an area where treated or untreated sewage sludge is applied and an occupied off-site dwelling or a property line; prohibiting the reduction or waiver of these minimum buffer distances in the county; and requiring the Department of the Environment and the Prince George's County Department of Environmental Resources to establish specified odor control requirements for the application of sewage sludge on marginal land.
