Synopsis:

Establishing the State Juvenile Justice Disciplinary and Grievance Advisory Commission to inform and advise the Secretary of Juvenile Justice on issues regarding the care and supervision of children under the jurisdiction of the Department of Juvenile Justice; requiring the Department to adopt a specified policy; requiring the Department to cooperate with the Commission and area advocacy boards in a specified manner; etc.
