Establishing a Task Force to Study the Impact of Relaxed Federal Environmental Standards on Maryland, as proposed by the President of the United States; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for the appointment of a chairperson of the Task Force; providing for staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly; and providing for the termination of the Act.
