Agriculture - Water Quality Improvement Act - Nutrient Management

Synopsis:

Altering the Department of Agriculture's authority to enter onto private property; deleting specified penalties; requiring specified operations with a gross income between $2,500 and $10,000 to comply with a specified plan or specified recommendations; providing specified exceptions to specified penalties; and requiring the Department to adopt specified regulations and procedures to streamline the Nutrient Management Program.
