Entitled:
Crimes - Harassment and Obstructing Exercise of Religious Belief - Penalties

Synopsis:

Expanding the scope of the prohibition against obstructing another in the free exercise of religious beliefs to include specified prohibited acts; expanding the scope of the prohibition against harassment and destruction of property to include specified classes of people and specified beliefs or perceptions of the violator; providing a term of imprisonment not to exceed 2.5 years or a fine not exceeding 3 times the property damage for specified prohibited acts; requiring public or community service for specified orders; etc.
