Public Utility Companies - Electric Generating Stations - Zoning

Synopsis:

Repealing the preemption of local zoning laws concerning the construction and operation of an electric generating station on land certified as a suitable site by the Secretary of Natural Resources; and providing that nothing in the Public Utility Companies Article may be construed to preempt local zoning ordinances concerning the construction and operation of electric generating stations.
