Prohibition Against Possession of Marijuana - Exceptions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a county or municipal corporation from enacting a local law authorizing the possession and use of marijuana for a medical condition without submitting the enactment to a referendum of the voters of the county or municipal corporation for the voters' approval; requiring the governing body and the appropriate election board or municipal election official to do those things necessary to carry out the referendum; etc.
