Crimes - Sexual Offenses Involving Minors - Solicitations

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from soliciting a minor or someone a person believes to be a minor with intent to commit rape or a sexual offense with the minor; establishing penalties; establishing venues for a violation of the Act; and repealing a prohibition on persuading or enticing certain individuals with the purpose of committing sex-related offenses.
