Department of Human Resources - Foster Care and Group Home Care -
Reimbursement and Payment Rates
Requiring the Department of Human Resources to consider that rates
paid for similar services by specified jurisdictions outside the State
when determining an appropriate rate of reimbursement for specified
group homes and institutions; authorizing, rather than requiring, the
Department to include increments based on the age of the child when
determining specified payment rates for foster care; and providing
that a specified payment rate for foster care shall be not less than
the higher of the specified rates.
