Synopsis:

Including the full number of kindergarten students in a Title I eligible school in a county that operates all-day kindergarten classrooms in Title I eligible schools in the definition of "full-time equivalent enrollment", beginning in FY 2004, to calculate the State share of basic current public education expenses; and including the full number of kindergarten students, in a county that operates all-day kindergarten classrooms, in the definition of "full-time equivalent enrollment" beginning in FY 2006.
