Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Washington Village Pigtown Neighborhood Planning Council for the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of properties at 904 and 906 Washington Boulevard for development of a community center; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to Maryland Historical Trust.
