Subsequent Sexual Offenders - Sentences
Providing that persons who are convicted of specified sexual offenses
who have been convicted of specified sexual offenses on a prior
occasion are subject to imprisonment not exceeding life under
specified circumstances; requiring the State to comply with the
procedures set forth in the Maryland Rules for the indictment and
trial of a subsequent offender; and providing for the application of
the Act.
