Synopsis:

Defining voluntary and informed consent for an abortion; requiring a physician performing an abortion or a referring physician to provide a woman seeking an abortion with information about the availability of materials that contain information about alternatives to abortion within a specified time frame; exempting women pregnant as the result of rape from being told about the availability of materials that contain information about alternatives to abortion; etc.
