Tuition for Nonresident Students - Waiver of In-State Residency Requirement - Teaching Degrees

Synopsis:

Providing that nonresident students who are enrolled in an education program leading to a teaching degree at a State community college or public senior higher education institution shall be included as in-county or in-State residents for tuition purposes; requiring students to work in a specified State public school for 2 years after completion of the degree; etc.
