Law Enforcement Activities - Compensation for Injury Claims

Synopsis:

Altering the amounts that may be awarded by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for specified injuries sustained relating to specified governmental activities; altering the amounts of security that must be provided for specified vehicles in self-insuring jurisdictions; authorizing the filing of specified claims; providing for the retroactive application of the Act to specified actions arising from specified injuries; and providing for the termination of the Act.
