Department of Human Resources - Child Support Enforcement Administration - Demonstration Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of the Department of Human Resources to establish a child support enforcement demonstration program to increase the effectiveness of the Child Support Enforcement Administration; providing that specified employees of the Administration are participants in the demonstration program; authorizing the Secretary to appoint a director of the demonstration program in each jurisdiction; etc.
