Synopsis:

Establishing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years for a person convicted of using a minor to commit specified controlled dangerous substance crimes or of bringing a minor into the State in order to use the minor to commit specified controlled dangerous substance crimes; and altering a specified penalty.
