Medicaid - Home- and Community-Based Services Waiver for Older Adults

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Department of Human Resources to expand the capacity of the Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services Waiver to include 6,135 individuals by the end of fiscal year 2005; and requiring the Governor to include sufficient funds for the additional costs resulting from the expanded number of individuals receiving services under the Waiver.
