Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Chesapeake Children's Museum, Inc. for construction of the museum's front porch, capital equipping of the museum with hands-on exhibits, and improvements to the property's trails and field, located at 25 Silopanna Road in Annapolis; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
