Electronic Reporting
Providing that if specified financial disclosure statements and
reports filed electronically are required to be made under oath, the
oath shall be made by a signed statement made expressly under the
penalties for perjury in the financial disclosure statement or report
or attached to the financial disclosure statement or report; and
providing that the signed statement is subject to the same penalties
for perjury as an oath or affirmation made before an individual
authorized to administer oaths.
