The Ferret Protection Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from shipping, receiving, selling, or buying a ferret that is under the age of 12 weeks; prohibiting a person from spaying or neutering a ferret that is under the age of 12 weeks; providing that a violation of the Act is a misdemeanor; and providing a penalty.
