Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum amount of the used tire recycling fee from $.40 to $1.00; increasing the maximum amount for the State Used Tire Cleanup and Recycling Fund from $10,000,000 to $15,000,000; requiring the Department of the Environment to distribute 60% of the Fund to the Maryland Environmental Service to establish a scrap tire collection, processing, and recycling facility; etc.
