Synopsis:

Altering the circumstances under which specified retirees of the State Police Retirement System and Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System are subject to earnings limitations and reemployment restrictions when receiving an ordinary, special, or accidental disability retirement allowance; exempting specified retirees from specified earnings limitations and reemployment restrictions; etc.
