Prohibiting a person that accepts a credit card number or other
payment device number for the transaction of business from printing
more than eight digits of said number on a receipt provided to the
holder of the credit card or payment device; providing for a civil
penalty not exceeding $25 for each violation; and providing for the
application of the Act.
