Criminal Procedure - Sexually Violent Offenders - Registration

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of a sexually violent offense to include specified crimes committed against a person under 12 years of age and to include specified crimes committed in specified jurisdictions that, if committed in this State, would constitute specified offenses; eliminating provisions relating to sexually violent predators; requiring that specified information be included in specified registration statements; requiring a sexually violent offender to register every 90 days for a term of life; etc.
