Motor Vehicle Administration - Identification Cards - Issuance to Individuals with Driver's Licenses

Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that an individual who applies to the Motor Vehicle Administration for an application for an identification card may not have a driver's license; and repealing a requirement that a holder of an identification card surrender the identification card upon being issued a driver's license by the Administration.
