Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Baltimore Clayworks

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Baltimore Clayworks, Inc., for the construction, repair, and renovation of the two historic buildings located on Smith Avenue in Baltimore, to include the construction of new studios, expansion of classroom facilities, exterior renovation, and the addition of elevators; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
