Motor Vehicles - Drunk and Drugged Driving - Probation Before Judgment

Synopsis:

Extending from 5 years to 10 years the time period during which a court is prohibited from staying the entry of judgment and placing a person on probation for a subsequent violation of specified alcohol or drug related driving offenses if the person previously was convicted of or placed on probation for specified alcohol or drug related driving offenses.
