Drunk and Drugged Driving - Custodian Liability Warning - Vehicle Impoundment (John's Law)

Synopsis:

Requiring law enforcement agencies to provide specified custodians with a written statement advising of potential criminal or civil liability for allowing a person who has been arrested for a drunk or drugged driving violation to operate a motor vehicle while the person remains under the influence of alcohol or impaired by alcohol or drugs; requiring the impoundment of a motor vehicle for a specified period; etc.
