Altering the manner by which specified employees in the office of the
Frederick County State's Attorney are appointed; and providing that,
with the exception of the deputy State's Attorney, assistant State's
Attorneys, the chief of staff, and the senior chief investigator, all
employees of the Frederick County State's Attorney's office shall be
subject to the county's personnel regulations.
