Higher Education - In-State Tuition Rates for Nonresident Students

Synopsis:

Waiving the residency requirement for a student who is either enrolled in an education program working toward certification or attending a community college who agrees to specified conditions; requiring the student to furnish a surety that for each year that student receives in-State tuition, that student will work for a corresponding year in a challenge school, reconstitution-eligible school, or a school system that uses noncertified teachers for more than 10 percent of its teaching staff; etc.
