Establishing the Naturally Occurring Retirement Community
Demonstration Program; stating the purpose of the Program; requiring
the Secretary of Aging to set eligibility criteria in consultation

specified information; restricting the total amount of grant money
that may be awarded to a project within a 12-month period to $150,000;
prohibiting the State from expending any State general funds to
implement the Program; etc.
