Maryland Energy Administration - Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards for Appliances and Equipment Sold in State

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to adopt on or before January 1, 2003 regulations establishing minimum energy efficiency standards for specified new products sold in the State; and prohibiting specified new products from being sold or offered for sale in the State on or after January 1, 2004 unless they meet or exceed the standards; etc.
