Synopsis:

Repealing specified eligibility requirements that members of the State Police Retirement System must meet to participate in the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP); repealing limitations on the length of time members of the State Police Retirement System may participate in the DROP; and providing for the application of the Act.
