Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations for the reimbursement of specified facilities under the Medical Assistance Program; requiring that a hospital providing mental health services at an off-site, community-based mental health center prior to a specified date be subject to specified rates and provisions of law under specified circumstances; etc.
