Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend a person's driver's license or driving privilege for a specified period of time based on a specified amount of tested alcohol concentration; increasing the period of suspension for a driver's license or driving privilege for an alcohol concentration test refusal; altering the Administration's authority to modify a suspension or to issue a restrictive license; etc.
