Entitled:
Legislative Districting - Single-Member Delegate Districts

Synopsis:

Amending the Constitution of Maryland to require that each delegate elected to the House of Delegates shall represent a single-member district; providing that each legislative district shall contain three single-member delegate districts; requiring that each legislative and delegate district be of substantially equal population within a 2% deviance; etc.
