Synopsis:

Denying the inspection of specified information in a public record that relates to specified water and wastewater system plans, emergency response plans, communication and security systems, essential personnel, and building plans of specified public buildings from the provisions of the Maryland Public Information Act; providing for judicial review to a person who is denied inspection of a specified public record; establishing a specified burden of proof in specified cases; and defining a term.
