Standing Circuit Court Masters - Powers

Synopsis:

Adding a new section to the Constitution to provide that there shall be specified standing circuit court masters; authorizing standing circuit court masters to exercise specified powers with respect to and only as prescribed by law or rule as to domestic relations cases and juvenile causes under the jurisdiction of the circuit court; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
