Authorizing the establishment of wireless enhanced 911 service in accordance with specified orders; altering the membership of the Emergency Number Systems Board; authorizing the Board to authorize expenditures to commercial mobile radio service providers for recurring and nonrecurring costs related to the deployment and operation of wireless enhanced 911 service; authorizing the Board to approve, reject, or modify an implementation schedule for the deployment of wireless enhanced 911 service; etc.
