Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Mack Lewis Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, and capital equipping of Mr. Mack's Gym to provide air conditioning, men's and ladies' showers, dressing rooms, lockers, a fitness area, a memorabilia and photo gallery, and an after-school study area for Baltimore's youth, located at 919 N. Caroline Street in East Baltimore; etc.
