Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Comprehensive Tobacco Control Program - Sale of Tobacco Products to Minors

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified retailers from selling tobacco products to minors; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to design, implement, and administer a compliance check program to eliminate the sale of tobacco products to minors; requiring the Department to issue specified citations to retailers that sell tobacco products to minors; establishing specified penalties; etc.
