Property Tax - Void Tax Sales

Synopsis:

Providing that if a tax sale is void, the certificate holder is entitled to a refund of specified amounts if more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of the sale and either the collector declares the sale void or the certificate is void by operation of law; requiring the property tax collector to refund specified premiums and tax interest and penalties to the certificate holder if a tax sale is void under specified circumstances; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
