Synopsis:

Requiring a specified gratis hunting license issued to a Maryland resident under the age of 16 to include all applicable hunting stamps, except for migratory game bird stamps and bonus deer stamps; requiring that a specified complimentary hunting license issued to a specified person include all applicable hunting stamps, except for migratory game bird stamps and bonus deer stamps; and altering a provision to provide that a specified complimentary hunting license is not required to be a consolidated hunting license.
