Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Education, subject to the availability of funds, to qualify specified specialists in the public schools to receive a specified stipend, up to a maximum of $2,000; requiring the State Board to give a specified priority to the categories of the specialists who are subject to the provisions of the Act; etc.
