Housing and Community Development - Radium Pilot Grant Program

Synopsis:

Creating a Radium Pilot Grant Program within the Department of Housing and Community Development; establishing conditions under which a county that participates in the Program and the Department may award grants to residential well owners; establishing criteria for a well owner to be eligible for a grant under the Program; authorizing the Department to adopt regulations to implement the Program; requiring the Department to establish a specified formula for awarding grants; etc.
