Synopsis:

Establishing that all personal representatives named in a will are entitled to probate; authorizing the court and register of wills to grant letters to persons within the same class entitled to letters when necessary or convenient for the proper administration of the estate; authorizing the court and register to grant letters to persons in different classes if the person first entitled to letters consents to the granting or for good cause; etc.
