Synopsis:

Altering to 37 the number of members of the Maryland African American Museum Corporation Board of Directors; authorizing the Governor to appoint to the Board of Directors up to 5 members from outside the State under specified circumstances; establishing that a quorum at board meetings consists of a majority of members then serving; providing for 4-year terms; and generally relating to new members of the Maryland African American Museum Corporation Board of Directors.
